- 10 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate Callets
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
Melt butter and milk over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate until fully melted. Let stand 15 minutes. Add sour cream, whisking well. Mix in powdered sugar, making sure to whisk until all lumps are removed. Let stand 15-20 minutes. Spread on your cake.
