My four year old nephew is reticent to attend birthday parties lately because he doesn’t want to be “kissed by any girls”. When we invited him to his cousin’s first birthday party, he hesitated and then asked, “Is Amy Dawson making the cake...is it her carrot cake?” When I said “Yes”, he said he’d come! Amy has made some wonderful cakes for events for us that not only tell a wonderful story and celebrate community accomplishments, they also taste great!
